Download guide
How to Download Pinterest videos
This guide explains how to save Pinterest videos when you own the media or have permission from its rights holder. It uses any modern device, includes a title-and-thumbnail confirmation step, and explains why public video Pins can expose different source qualities.
Pinterest videos: copy one public Pin URL
To begin the pinterest videos process, open the individual public Pin containing Pinterest videos, use Pinterest's Share control, and copy its secure link. Paste only that HTTPS URL into the downloader. A board, profile, search page, unrelated shortener, or direct CDN address does not provide the same title and preview context required for this specific guide.
Verify Pinterest videos in any modern device
While using any modern device, submit the copied link and wait for the returned title and thumbnail for Pinterest videos. Compare both with the intended Pin, especially when a short link redirected from another screen. If the preview is missing, unexpected, private, or identifies different media, stop and copy the individual public Pin link again rather than accepting an unverified result.
Find Pinterest videos in the browser Downloads area
After confirming permission and the Pinterest videos preview, choose Download and keep any modern device open until the transfer completes. Look in the browser Downloads area, then inspect the filename, extension, dimensions, duration, and playback as applicable. Remember that public video Pins can expose different source qualities. Keep the source Pin URL with authorized files so their origin and usage context remain clear.
Questions about how to download pinterest videos
What URL should I use to download Pinterest videos?
Use the secure URL for the individual public Pin containing Pinterest videos, normally obtained from that Pin's Share and Copy link action.
Where will Pinterest videos be saved?
With any modern device, the result normally appears in the browser Downloads area, unless the browser was configured to ask for or use another folder.
What limitation matters when saving Pinterest videos?
The important limitation is that public video Pins can expose different source qualities; downloading also does not grant ownership or permission to republish the media.
